Andrew Tisdall – Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is a CeMAP qualified mortgage specialist, who has worked in the residential mortgage and commercial real estate sector for over twenty years. He spent eight years at Barclays and was involved in the integration of the Woolwich business as well as the roll out of MCOB across the Barclays network. He moved to Morgan Stanley to build out the mortgage lending business, Advantage, and within this role designed and implemented a residential mortgage funding platform and integrated it with the Morgan Stanley securities trading system and servicing platform. Andrew then moved into the Commercial Real Estate sector as Head of Loan Administration at Mount Street supporting the management of the Mount Street book of circa £26 billion worth of loans under management.

Kate Jones – Head of Compliance

Kate is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals. She is an experienced compliance specialist having spent 14 years with major international insurance companies. She is responsible for all regulatory matters including corporate and borrower compliance issues.

Trish Hall – Financial Controller

Trish is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience in multinational organisations. Prior to joining HMS Trish was Head of Financial Operations and Control for Castle Trust.

Daryl Gorham – Servicing Team Manager

Daryl is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Society of Mortgage Professionals. He is a property specialist having spent over 30 years in that industry which included over two years managing the property repossessions department for a national agency. Prior to taking on the role of Servicing Team Manager in June 2018 he headed up the Special Servicing Team at Hampton Mortgage Servicing Limited.

Philip Taw – Loan Administration

Phil has spent over 35 years in a number of differing financial services businesses and gained considerable experience underwriting mainstream, sub-prime and buy to let mortgages. He has dealt with all aspects of the mortgage application process. Phil also spent 3 years in a bank’s Credit Risk Department, dealing with detailed analysis of repossession case files and drafting responses to correspondence from Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee insurers in connection with rejected claims.
